had siding done a few years ago,having it redone..i am now being told that they apparently they put new siding over the old and it is bowing out and they tore it off and it was full of rot and bugs in between with the rotten original siding on the house, that was the reason for the bowing...i am not a construction person..and i am being told that it should never be done that way..they should have their license revoked..buyer beware!!!!
