They were very good and the piece is still running very well. Keep in mind, that they will come to your home and measure to ensure that the unit they install will work with the area that the furnace will be heating. There is also an upsell that is attempted to include a new air conditioner as they work best as a pair. Like most salesmen, they do try to get you the best option they can for their business. When it was all said and done, we got what we needed (a furnace) at the price we expected to pay. The unit still functions great.
