I Really hate to leave critical reviews. However, Dustin's High efficiency Solutions LLC company installed a new Fujitsu split system for us in April 2018. It included a 10 year warranty since his company is a Fujitsu Elite dealer, the highest qualified type. He had to return later in the summer in 2018 to repair the system, it was cooling poorly. They recharged it. The same thing happened in 2019. They again found it needed a recharge. They hunted for a freon leak. and found a possible leak at the inside part in the attic. He said if it leaked out again, they would replace that part. We had a warm day in the beginning of February 2020, so I tested the unit, and it did not cool any measurable amount. I called and left several messages over the next months duration. I did not receive any return call at all to any of the messages left on his phone. That's over 5 weeks with NO reply to our request for service.
I am very disappointed by the total lack of follow up service by High Efficiency Solutions and Dustin Ebersole. We still have 8+ years of warranty remaining, for whatever that is worth.
If Dustin is out of work because of something excusable, and comes soon and fixes the system, I will sympathize with his predicament, and upgrade the rating I am leaving for his company.
