Richard came out to fix a leak in our roof at our house in Albuquerque. He was the only roofer that I could find that answered his phone in the early morning and was able to come out quick. I would definitely use this company again. The next heavy rain our roof held up great!

A fly by night roofer. I would suggest to someone looking for a qualified roofer to NOT choose this company. I paid for a $250.00 for a 5 gallon bucket of roofing cement to fix the leak in my roof, he showed up with 1 gallon and then missed the leak all together. Called and called only to hear I'll make it right, never once has he showed up. Worst roofer and roofing company in New Mexico.

By Myra M.May 25, 2020Replace roof, repair shed$12,000
Unfortunately we paid this company upfront. Over a period of 3 months we had to call Ricardo many times to complete his work. They put shingles on a brand new storage shed using nails which they left exposed inside the shed. They were suppose to paint a different shed which they still have not done. They disconnected the air conditioner and took the copper water line and replaced it with rubber. To me it’s like they stole the copper. Then they never reconnected the air conditioner. We are having to pay another company to replace parts and connect it. I would not recommend this company. I am also writing the BBB and file a complaint against them.

We recently needed a new roof and we had Tar and Gravel. My wife and I are also wanting to add higher green standards.
We chose to go with a very high level of insulation to add to our roof.
The added insulation and the waterproof 60MIL TPO material was immediately noticeable. Since the roof has been finished, we have noticed our energy bills are lower and our home is quieter as well as much more efficient. With the recent rains we have had, we are very fortunate to have this TPO on there. The water rushes out of the canals instead if sitting on the roof as it did in the past.
Thank you.

Ricardo and his Mexican friends did a crappy job replacing my roof with pro panel. They cut several panels too short then added a small piece to make up the difference. Left trash all around my yard. The worse part is I have a small wooded area in my 5 acres and his workers would go take the shit and leave toilet paper flying around. They left one of my vents exposed to the rain. Ricardo would promise to come work on the roof and they wouldn't show up. This was a constant headache. If you don't believe me then give him a try. I will read you reviews after your disappointment. Pay a little more and you will be happy. Have a great day!!!!
