Without question this was the best experience I have had with a contractor. They told me what they were going to do and did it quickly and with minimal disruption. The roofing crew was superior and professional. Great sence of humor, friendly and efficient. The follow up and corporate support incredible. Yes, worth the extra cost...not the least in cost, but the best for what you pay.

High Performance Homes exceeded our expectations. Our Team Lead, Ginger, was on top of the project from day one. Armando and his team of installers did an outstanding job installing our roof and making the needed repairs. They took great care to protect our plants, heat pump, and fountain, and they paid a lot of attention to every detail.

We love how the metal valleys and extra trim touches tie in with our black shutters. We’re so pleased how much the new roof adds to our home’s curb appeal!

Our new roof looks great. Appreciate the quality and attention to detail. Clean lines alone edges and flashing. Excellent roofing crew. Appreciated the excellent cleanup. Brandi kept us informed at each stage. Each aspect was done on time as promised. Knew other companies might be cheaper but we liked the quality of all the products used.

If you use this company you need to use Patrick McGuire as your sales representative! We did encounter a miscommunication and not all the sheets of roofing underlayment were replaced. They came back out the next day and removed brand new roofing and replaced the remaining sheets. While doing that there were additional sheets that needed to be replaced. Patrick felt concerned about the redo to our roof and inconvenience so much so that he offered to pay for those sheets from his cut of the proceeds from the sale. Dan, the inspector that came out to see what went wrong confirmed that his company would in fact have to redo a portion of the roof and it was done the next day. Impeccable individuals!!

There were a few hiccups when HPH worked on our house. Though they responded quickly. 1.The ridge was changed from plastic (discussed before) to metal 2.There was not enough Ice and Water Barrier so they had to get more 3.Bad communication between office workers and roofers 4.Compressor broke 5.Construction took 3 days longer than discussed 6.dented our gutter and scratched our garage door, Otherwise everything else was okay (for now)

I had a new roof and gutters installed. They were able to start the project a few weeks before the original ET. Very professional and finished within a day and a half. Brandi was very helpful in keeping me updated on the daily progress (a couple times a day) since I do not live at the house. The roof looks great. I am giving 4 stars because they are a bit pricey.

High Performance Homes did an excellant job on our home. Thorough, attention to detail and complete clean up when done. We chose their "Presidential" shingles, by Owens Corning which made for the crowning touch on our home improvement project.

I would refer this review to others. Ginger the project manager was great she listened to every detail we had she went out of her way to even turn in paperwork to our insurance company I found that very great customer service you have a great asset as an employee in Gnger and the team she sent over to do our roof. I'm extremely pleased extremely happy and extremely satisfied with everything Ginger project manager did for us. From getting the trash can here and filled up and getting it out she was attentive to all our needs and listening to every concern we had before and after project was complete. Ginger's not only easy to talk to but most of all she listens and that's hard to find nowadays.I had a great experience in dealing with her and your company we refer you to any and everybody because of Miss Ginger thank you!!!

Highly recommend this company. They don't just want your business they care about helping and making sure you are happy with the end result. The team working on our roof was fast, efficient and made sure everything was cleaned up when they left. Josh in the office was so kind, kept in touch and again just wanted to make sute we were satisfied with the whole process. We will definitely recommend them to everyone.

I highly recommend High Performance Homes. They replaced my roof in March 2022, and the experience was very positive. Miles and Nic, who inspected my roof and attic, were extremely courteous and knowledgeable about their products, my roof and attic issues, and building codes. They took lots of photos of my roof and attic and explained the issues and their solutions very clearly. They were patient with my many questions and answered each one in detail. My project manager, Ginger, made sure I understood the replacement process completely, was extremely responsive and she put to rest some initial concerns I had. The roofing team was amazing! They worked their butts off every day, from morning until last light. Armando, the team lead, did an excellent job making sure I was kept informed every step of the way. I found him professional and hard-working—a man of honesty and integrity.

All aspects of working with HPH were great. Everyone we interacted with was prompt, professional and courteous. The roofing crew were all very experienced and worked quickly on removal of our old shingles and cleaned up every day as they completed the tasks. They discovered some dry wrought around our skylights, made the repairs to the sheathing and replaced our old skylights! They did an awesome job overall and we couldn't be happier with their performance! Highly recommend their services.

I had one stipulation before agreeing they replaced a 40 year old cedar shake roof before the rains and that was met. 
Brian and his crew worked tirelessly on my roof and had it done in 2 days, when they told me 3-4.

The presentation/quote process was thorough and detailed. (But, the quote was only good for that day.) The communication was excellent. The roofers were finished in one day. We did find several nails on the ground after they were finished. I would recommend High Performance Homes.

We had quotes from four roofers. These guys we the second most expensive but the first most trustworthy! We chose them for their amazing reputation and the quality of installation!

A salesperson came to the door, was friendly, and we needed a new roof, so we made an appointment. Sales was a bit pushy, and I didn't like the "discounts" thing he was doing, basically act now or you won't get all these discounts.
We decided to go with them. They did nice work and the roof looks great. They offer financing because their prices are pretty high. I'm sure if we looked around we would have gotten a better price, but the job is high quality and we have a fifty year warranty, so there's that.
On the whole, they were prompt, courteous and did a nice job. The price was high and I didn't appreciate the high pressure sales.

VERY professional experience, I am beyond thrilled with my "new" house!! It is amazing what a difference our new siding and windows made- I just love pulling up in my driveway!!! A huge thank you to the high performance team who went above and beyond, I would highly recommend them!
