I spoke with Daniel Lee High the owner of High Quality Concrete and Handyman LLC by phone to verify a recommendation of his long time and current employee Pete Sarceda Jr. Daniel Lee High claimed Pete would do a great job as he is one of his best employees.
Pete Sarceda Jr. certainly did not remotely do a good or honest job as Daniel Lee High claimed in his recommendation of his employee.
Pete aka 'Pepper' Sarceda Jr. is not a licensed contractor despite what he may tell you. His address is Pete Sarceda Jr. 3231 S BEAVER ST WEST VALLEY CITY, UT 84119.
He never completed the job as you can see from the pictures and took our money and ran like a thief in the night. He also broke into our home to remove his tools.
Pete will lie, cheat, and steal from you like he did to me. He will claim to have a contractors licence and Pete has even fraudulently stolen other contractors licence numbers to pass them off as his own & defraud clients.
Legally his handyman license does not allow him to enter into a contract that exceeds $3,000 . He does not follow the rules of his licence and will lie to prospective clients. He is a convicted drug abuser and thief and you can see his conviction record at:
