Prepare to be on the phone constantly asking them when they will be out to do the work that was promised since it takes them several months to complete even a simple job. My job was performed by New American Home Improvement who operates under the same license. PS don’t be fooled by their “free upgrades” they aren’t upgrades, they are just the new standard material that you could get from any cheap contractor.
