This contractor is incompetent. Their service technician who was very sharp, quickly diagnosed the problem (bad transformer), and said they would get part and call back in no more than 2 days to reschedule. After 3 weeks, with over 6 calls from me, they basically lost all the tech records, could not contact the tech, nor could they find that they had ordered the part. At that point, I fired them and hired a competent contractor who had the system up and running in 2 days.
