We want to give our greatest praise to Highest Roofing! The quality of materials and their workmanship is superior. On the recommendation of our landscaper, who informed us they were voted "Best of the Valley" for several years in a row, we contacted Highest Roofing. They came by our home to give us a free estimate of the condition of our roof. Carlos and Fernando introduced themselves and offered to help re-attach the missing shingles they observed had blown off our roof during a high windstorm we experienced a few days earlier. They completed the roof inspection (with pictures to show problem areas). After speaking with them at length, we learned there were areas of concern. We discussed the various options, including repair/replacement of the underlayment and shingle options. They are a Class-A contractor.
At no time was there any pressure.
We decided it would be prudent for us to install a new roof as soon as possible. Highest Roofing removed the underlayment (due to water migration issues). They installed 50-year warranty, Tamko shingles, and covered our soffit and fascia wood boards with vinyl siding for easy maintenance. Fernando discussed the various shingle color options and brought samples for us to consider. His knowledge of the Tamko product and photos of previous workmanship convinced us that Highest Roofing was the right choice for our home.
The installation crew showed up exactly on time and fully prepared to remove the old roof and install our new Tamko roof. They installed a protection fabric from our house to the lawn to protect flowers and shrubs from damage. The removal and installation process flowed seamlessly. The process took three days, it was obvious that each team member knew exactly what to do and how to do it. At various stages in the process either Fernando or Carlos stopped by to check on the progress. The roofing and siding installers cleaned up our yard every day to make sure there was no trash, nails, etc. left behind at the job site. They even used a magnet to locate and remove any nails or debris.
Upon completion, Carlos and Fernando checked the overall quality of installation to make sure vent stack protectors, flashing around the chimney,
and the siding was properly installed.
They paid attention to every detail of the roofing and siding project.
We are extremely pleased with the quality of the service, workmanship, and Tamko product. We have recommended Highest Roofing to several of our neighbors.
