    I engaged with Highland Assoc in 2015 to design and provide drawings to install a sprinkler system in a food service concession area of our library. They were very reliable and I would gladly recommend them to a friend.I dealt directly with one of the principals, Ted Muliawan whom I found to be most responsive and was easy to work with. Treated me like a large account with personal service. I have used him since 2015 and he is currently working on a small project but requiring attention due Dept of Buildings being so difficult -- He is most helpful in this regard.I can easily provide a strong recommendation for Highland Assoc.
