I've known Scott McNeill for many, many years as he was a sub contractor for my cousin's construction company. Last I knew Scott was unfit for construction work as he had severe back issues. I was told he was selling Solar Panel Roofing Systems. As for his work, he tended to hire for each individual job and didn't have a steady crew. Sometimes you got a really qualified individual yet most times he would hire whatever he could find out there and they tended to be individuals that couldn't land steady work. I don't want to hurt Scott with anything that I've said however I think you would appreciate an honest response to your question. I would probably not recommend him at this time due to his physical shortcomings and his ability to attract qualified tradesmen.
