Very poor follow-up on resolving construction problems. Once they are paid they will not return your calls or follow through on promised repairs. Very unresponsive.

Agree with Harry. Poor follow up. Once you close on the sale of your home or addition to your home, it will be an absolute nightmare with their punch list. DO NOT give them any upfront money. Very poor business from top to bottom. Low integrity. Do NOT purchase anything from Highland Group Home Builders Inc. There is a reason you mention this group to other builders in the area and they start shaking their head and say "Im sorry" I know this builder and no one is happy with their builds. There is also a reason you find other folks/buyers that have interactions with this group that have all the same problems. LOW LOW quality work and craftsmanship. Even their vendors that show up to work have unfortunate things to say about Highland Group. Empty Empty Promises. Do your research and get a back ground check. Prepare to be amazed.
