The roof on our home was replaced just before we purchased it in 2015. In 2018, I called the company to have them come look at a leak that revealed itself in the spare bedroom. The owner came out and applied some sort of adhesive to where the roof butts up to the gable, it seemed to have worked for about 2 years. Fast forward to 2020, the same leak reappeared but worse. I've tried calling, emailing, and facebook messaging the company on numerous occasions to get resolution, but no one is answering. We had to spend almost $4,000 on the repair with another company due to the issue worsening and unresponsiveness of the company. A roof starting to leak at 3 years of age that continually has the same issue is concerning for young, first time homeowners.
