A young man came out to address a roof leak. He caulked around the point of the chimney contact with the shingled roof. About 10 minutes, and charged over 100.00. That would have been okay, but, next time it rained, the roof leaked just as it always had. Called Hightower, a lady answered and said she would send him back out. That's the last i heard. Been about 2 weeks. Now have someone else scheduled to come out.
