    Remodeled our home and created a new room by enclosing a covered patio

    This contractor completed our job but after paying him in full when he submitted his invoice, he failed to return to correct a few issues which needed to be repaired. He said we had a year’s warranty but he refused to return our calls, so the warranty is worthless.
