Unbelievable business. As a leased customer for propane needs, we have been treated so,so disrespectful. The bookkeeper who she feels owns the company, which Carl Halgendorf, is president; I think she forgets, continues to be a bully via phone.
We have no debt with this company but miss treated when questions arise.
Since propane rate is increasing, we use more wood and electric for our source of energy. But miss bookkeeper sent the truck driver to read our gauge and now she (bully) assumes she can remove our 500 gallon propane tank from my property within 5 days because we used less amount than her normal calculation. Best of all, per bully, is taking my 20% fuel also, which is paid in full. Sooo, miss bully is a very, very poor representative for Hilgy's Co.
I'm not the only local customer to complain. Others, co-workers have negative reasons to search for other customer friendly sources.
What is happening to us as a customer is actually showing me, time to seek other resources. Maybe it's a favor.
