We purchased a home in the Caledonia area.2017 new home that was in construction when we signed contract. He was good to work with during the construction but after the sale there have been zero interaction. I was on site for most of the construction and although he has good floor plans the actual construction is sub par. When you purchase a $300k home you shouldn’t be expected to make modifications/repairs or fix leaking pipes, poor crown molding, trim, paint, insulation, electrical wiring, scratches in shower and toilet (like someone used a Brillo pad to clean them), just to name a few. He is a nice guy but business is business. I would never purchase a home from him again or make a good recommendation.
