Do not waste your time. Owner, Frank, cannot manage his time. He has many personal problems and puts his customers last on his to do list. He consistently promises to come at a certain time, but almost never keeps his appointment, showing up hours or even days later. On the days he did show up, he would disappear for three hour “lunches” and accomplish very little. He took two months to remodel a small bathroom after estimating a two week completion time. His work is average at best.
