Carlos and his team were very professional, courteous, hard working, and took pride in my job as if it was their own homes.     I met Mark randomly while I was buying some DIY parts at the landscape supply house. I introduced myself and explained my needs to him. Although I had already completed a significant portion of the prep work for my artificial turf install Mark and his crew came out a finished the job for a stellar final product. It's been almost two years since the install and not a single problem after heavy use.

    I will NEVER use Hill Valley Landscaping again, and I'm sorry I did in the first place. They took out the grass on the side of my driveway and replaced it with concrete. Only problem... they didn't remove the sprinklers and they didn't disconnect them from the sprinkler pipe that fed them. So when my sprinklers went on, I had water bubbling up from under the concrete. The response time was terrible. I had to call Mark repeatedly to get him to give me plant selections, layout, etc., during the initial quotation. Maybe we were too small for him ($4400). We also had several plants die, which were guaranteed for a year. It so long to have him come out to replace them that I ended up having my gardner do it. Of course they didn't pay for it, after sending them the gardner's invoice. I can only say, get several quotes, unlike I did, so you don't learn the hard way.

    Hill Valley Landscaping is the utmost professional and exceptional company. Over the past 4yrs Mark has done everything from a remodel of our home to redesigning our front and back yards and we could not be happier with the work he and his team have done. We definitely would us Hill Valley Landscaping in the future for any new projects we want to do.

    The response time was quick...the bid was fair...and the work was better than I expected.
    6 months later we had a light fail and it was fixed right away and has been a year now with no problems since.
