Robert Hillard
Owner
This is a very dishonest, unprofessional, and unethical business. Work was done on our kitchen sink by Bob and 4 valves were incorrectly installed with a makeshift permanent solder to the dishwasher line that caused the sink to constantly overload back into the dishwasher and on to the floor. This caused the dishwasher to break as well as limiting our ability to use our sink. I spent weeks reaching out to Bob via email, telephone, voicemail, and reaching out to the sellers of the home who initially hired him but was unable to get a response. We had two plumbers from our HWA and a dishwasher technician inspect the area and all of them documented the cause as improperly installed valves. Since we could not elicit a response from Bob we ended up paying another plumbing company out of pocket to replace the valves that Bob installed incorrectly so that we could proceed to have our dishwasher installed, as the dishwasher tech could not install the new machine until the plumbing under the sink was fixed. I filed a BBB complaint with against Hillard Plumbing - this was followed by his first response in this matter in the form of a long winded text to my personal cell demanding that I retract my complaint or that he will sue me, and denying doing the work under the sink even though I have an itemized receipt from him, with images he took accompanying it, and his name as the listed tech on the receipt. Beware - perhaps he was once a reputable plumber but he may be too senile now to interact with the public. I since told him off and cussed him out but no amount of middle fingers thrown will get us our money back from Hillard’s corner cutting.
