Hillard's Builders was highly recommend, his prices only changed when i changed The scope of work, even when he agreed to fix something that was minor and not part of the contract, he didn't even charge me. Very professional.

Said my project would take 3-4 days, took well over 2 weeks. The price changed after he was done with the project. I would not recommend hillard's builders to anyone.
