We love our custom home. Richard made the process relatively painless. Keeping us updated on progress and generally responsive to any questions or problems that might have arisen. There were a lot of unknowns; we designed our home- so the plans had never been built before. All in all, I would say it was a good experience. Richard was fair and honest. Quality of his subs were very good! We went over budget, but we got what we paid for.
