    Toilet leak fix

    Sol and his team installed a new toilet that fixed the leak under my toilet. It was going to need breaking up the concrete slab floor, but instead they found a cheaper solution to install a wax ring with a new toilet instead. He also replaced the baseboards. He even went the extra mile to help me glue down a warping shower stall. All was finished in the time frame I needed. I would hire him for any home project.

    Identify source of water, mitigate damage and restore units

    Our condo association had water leaking between two units that our plumber could not resolve. We hired Sol and his team at Hillcrest Renovation to trouble shoot the issues. In record time, Sol and his team pinpointed the problems and developed an effective and time efficient plan to repair the leaks and the resulting damage with a complete restoration of the bathroom and the floor in between the units. Since there were displaced tenants, anxious owners, and insurance companies involved, our board and property manager appreciated Sol’s communication skills and diplomacy in bringing this project to a timely resolution to the satisfaction of the multiple parties. Sol and his team did stellar work and our board and property manager highly recommend Hillcrest Renovation.

    Considered for Door Repair

    I coordinated with Sol at HillCrest on a project. I appreciated his attention to the details of my job and his timely communication. Due to timing/availability we chose another contractor for this job, but I am keeping Sol's information handy for future projects.
