Hired them for double garage door sand, spot stain and verathane job. They were the highest bid I got but chose them because they seemed like they would do a good job. Waited 2-3 weeks for them to get back in town too. I cannot actually attest to the kind of work they do, because when they came
The First day the owner kept saying it was such a hard job, and would take too long to do right, and he couldn’t do this or do that, lots of grumbling and excuses then told me that he actually had to charge me More than what he had quoted (in writing ) and we had agreed upon when he came out!! The entire 45 min they were here I could see he was trying to get out of the job. His two men seemed competent and fine. In 22 years of home ownership this had never happened to me. Completely unprofessional. He had spent a lot of time prior looking at the job and deciding what to charge. Have to wonder if it was a male client if he would pull this. Oh well. Live and learn.
Again, no ideas of the work that can actually do, but this behavior was complete bulls**t.
