They were hired to do some basic 2-3 weeks of renovations (painting, install carpet, replace a sliding glass door, etc.). It was agreed we would stay there during the renovations but we had to move to a hotel the first day. Then, a mold issue delayed the project for a couple of days and a heavy snow delayed at least one day. After 6 weeks of staying in hotels we returned home. They were still not finished and came back one more day after we returned. After they left, we discovered they left behind a mess and some incomplete work. I wasn't told until then that the epoxy treated countertops would take 30 days to cure and then he would need to return. While I was glad that they treated and repaired the area where mold was discovered, I was not happy with the fact that we had to unexpectedly leave for an extended amount of time. While the paint job for the main floor and the refinished floors looked really good, I was frustrated to find that items like hinges, screws, a blade for cutting tile, and an empty chip bag were left lying around. I even found a used paint brush wrapped in a plastic bag in my freezer. Furniture was not properly covered to keep off the construction dust and paint spatter. The holes were left in the bathroom wall where I had requested a grab bar be removed. In addition to this, he wanted to charge me an extra $4,000 or so without any itemized documentation to explain the costs; just a verbal statement that the carpet installer charged him $2,000 for having to move furniture out of the way. I really like my subway tile and my refinished floors, but 6 weeks was a long time to be displaced without being prepared ahead of time. I think it could have been avoided if he had told me in advance that it would be impossible for us to stay there while they worked. I would have preferred to box up everything, rent a container for furniture, and made arrangements for staying elsewhere ahead of all of it. I also think it would have been better if he had presented an itemized list of materials and costs for everything. Perhaps more clear communication about it all in the very beginning would have made the whole process much easier on everyone.

This company and contractor did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond on everything. The job went extremely well and was seamless. They took care of everything from start to finish and I have zero complaints. What a great product service they offer. Very professional

Do not hire this company. Paid owner David Williams $16000 to epoxy countertops and floors. Countertops were never finished and floor looked horrible. We had to hire another company to remove floor and install correctly. David never paid any of our money back . He is not licensed with the state of Pa and is not insured as he advertises.I do not recommend this company to anyone.
