    new roof
    $8,675

    They put on new roof without ever inspecting attic, per their own written admission, and now house is under contract and it failed buyer's inspection because it indicates rafter damage and roof gaps in several spots that should have been noted before they put the new roof on but didn't since they didn't do thorough and complete estimate. They also charged $1275 more than the original estimate, because they said they found 15 additional damaged spots on roof after they started the job that needed additional repair, yet still never went in attic to check for additional damages, water damage, etc. Now 6 weeks later, when it failed buyer's inspection, they said they want $13,000 to jack up the roof and fix the problems they knew about previously but didn't mention. Instead of working to resolve it, they told me to never contact them again. (They did the roof Feb 2021 - Contract price was $7,400. They charged $1275 in "extras", so total $8,675 to a licensed, insured contractor for a roof that won't pass inspection 6 weeks later and who now won't stand behind their work.)
