His Masterpiece

I have been so very fortunate to have found such a great company as HIs Masterpiece. I was so worn out looking for someone that I could feel comfortable with and trust to replace all my flooring that I almost gave up. Then one day I noticed Gary’s truck and decided to give him a call, the best thing I’ve ever done!! Can’t tell you how pleased I am with the work that was done by Gary and Wayne, I love my house again. I would highly recommend this company for all your remodeling, they exceeded my expectations!! Not to forget Belinda, she does a wonderful job too ;)) I won’t waste my time for future projects, I’ll go straight to His Masterpiece.

My wife and I have used Gary and Belinda for three home renovation projects over the past three years, as well as a project for one of my business clients and have recommended them to friends who have all been very satisfied by their work, communication, attention to detail and professionalism. Belinda has a great eye for design, while Gary and Wayne are committed to quality workmanship in a timely and affordable manner. We will be working with this incredible family team for years to come and could not recommend them enough!

Remodel in 2019-2020
I agree with a few other people who posted.
They start out great and super friendly but quickly change their attitudes and refuse to do completion/warranty work.
The day they competed the bathroom remodel the sink was leaking and we called them. No return call. We had to pay a plumber $325.00:to come out and fix the problem.
One of their helpers slept on my couch while Gary was away.
The got paint on the curtain rods and my curtains.
Terrible finish work.
I’ve also kept all my emails and texts dealing with them. I would not recommend this company.

I have known Gary and Belinda for a quite a long time and i can say nothing more than them being outstanding people! I had Gary do some work on my house and he did nothing but excede my expectations, from good communication to true craftsmanship. Gary is a one of a kind and truly a good man. Would Highly Recommend!

We hired this company to do a $94k remodel. They struggle with communication and say things, then change their minds. So its strongly recommended to get every detail in writing.
We have a list thats far too long to get all down on this limited space, but bottom line is they performed terrible work and when asked to perform warranty work, that they stipulated was covered under their own warranty per their contract, they refused to come back and fix the things that were failing such as cracked grout, missing grout, cracks in walls from support walls they removed, etc. I emailed, texted and sent photos to them. We were given excuse after excuse for why they couldn't/wouldn't come with a final email stating they were not going to come at all. I have saved all emails and texts and pictures and videos. If there was a way to attach a large file to this review, I would. I have also been contacted by other past customers that experienced the same problems as well as one of their former employees that worked on my project with them.
We would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone. Not only for the poor workmanship, but also because they refuse to honor their own contract.

They did a remodel for my 80-something parents and they were thoughtful, considerate, meticulous and above all, kind. I would hire them again in a minute!

Gary and Linda were so kind and responsive when I ask them to come out to look at my grandmother’s rotting bathroom floor for repairs. They quoted us a very reasonable price and stuck to it. My grandmother being 92 with only one bathroom downstairs needed the repairs done quickly. Gary was very understanding and kind by working hard to get it done in one day. We are overwhelmingly impressed with the results of the repairs including the new flooring and toilet in her bathroom. So grateful for their communication, scheduling, reasonable pricing and integrity. Gary does great work! Highly recommend and would call again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic finish on floor! Completed in a timely manner. Communication could have been improved but overall pleased with work.

Gary and his son are very professional, courteous and trustworthy.
Their workmanship and attention to detail is what I wanted and was truly pleased with the results. I highly recommend Gary and will be contacting him again for future projects.

I have had a very bad experience with this company. They were very sweet at the very beginning of the project and told you "they were here to please." But they left you abruptly for another piece of the work, leaving their customers hanging there. You have to be very careful in putting everything in writing in dealing with this company to make sure they will do what they promised to do. They tend to make promises very easily.

The hardwood floor Gary installed is beautiful. I enjoy it every day.

Gary Gonzales is a true craftsman. His work shows great skill and ability. He is also a very nice person. I came home to see the finished work and I was delighted. It looked beautiful.

Gary knows what he is doing and will go above and beyond to ensure you will be left with a great experience. He know what you need before you do and makes sure you are left with exceptional results. Anyone who has a less than stellar experience with Gary has a moral or mental defect and should be analysed critically. If he is booked up, do your self a favor and wait. You will not regret it.
