HIVE gets 1 star simply because there isn't an option to give them a rating of 0. But bar none, HIVE has delivered the worst, most disrespectful, most financially costly, most emotionally-taxing experience I've had in 30 years of working directly with dozens and dozens of contractors and subcontractors.
In over 3 years of working with HIVE, we have consistently experienced the polar opposite of "Honesty, Integrity, Vision, and Experience." Since putting ink to a contract, we have been met with dishonesty, ineptitude, carelessness, bullying, and for the past year ... the silent treatment, deliberate neglect, and litigation.
Instead of making us feel like valued customers/clients, HIVE has made us feel like a source of cash to line their pockets -- and nothing more.
18 months after our C.O., we still have water pouring through our ceiling every time it rains/snows (disrupting every event we host), we still have a rooftop AC unit that doesn't function (negatively impacting children's classrooms and our retail coffee shop), our irrigation system is still not even connected to a power source (directly leading to the death of almost all of our landscaping), and our initial construction punch list remains incomplete.
