Started out good but ended bad. Paid last payment fully expecting all work to be done. Remodel of bathroom. Floor grout came up and I was told it was my fault because someone walked on it when it wasn't dry. Redid the floor but took several weeks - they said they were coming and then wouldn't show up or call to say they were not coming. When confronted with their unprofessionalism was told they are giving me a free floor. Took the door off to tille the floor and when it was put back on it would not close properly. Was told someone would be back to fix it and no one ever came. Also supposed to finish trim work on floor, fix ceiling which has lines outlining the plasterboard that was replaced and replace a rusty ring on the toilet hook up that was from the old toilet but used on the new one. Never called or came back.

They tore town and rebuilt a small sunroom. Nice guy but is not detailed oriented and took big short cuts. He totally did the roof wrong and it leaks. Now we need a $2,000 roof along with major water damage on the inside. He totally did the gutters wrong and that was a $800 fix. Ruined my French doors, mismatched floor molding, used the wrong type of wood on the outside trim and 2 windows don’t open.
