My experience with Hkf was outstanding in every way and unique in some ways. They were clear on their estimate,reliable, professional, skilled, and provided great ideas for our project. Unique: stayed in good communication, answering calls and texts. And helped to locate a frightened cat. Highly recommend!

HKF was communicative and prompt and did an excellent job painting. They were so helpful and flexible when I couldn't decide on colors for my house. They also helped me get in touch with people who could do other jobs. I’d recommend them for any project.

We hired Hayce Freitas and her crew for exterior painting, but they also rebuilt my porch, replaced the roof deck underneath, replaced doors and windows, replaced rotting shingles and trim, and a million other tiny and large projects that made my old house look new. The first day, they found a bunch of construction debris hanging out under my front porch, and they hauled that away and poured a new concrete slab under my front porch, which required regrading slope of the soil in the front garden, which they also did, saving my favorite plantings and replacing the rest with new grass and flowers at the end. Every day before they left, they cleaned up the place, leaving it tidier than it had ever been before or since. Hayce, the owner of the company, was out here up on a ladder every day, even in the hottest weather. She juggled multiple contracts with different timelines, punch lists, and combinations of payments owed on various contracts from different members of the condo association. She was easy to communicate with, has a great memory for detail, was able to juggle paperwork and payment deadlines and managing her crew of super-talented carpenters and craftspeople from up on a ladder.
I would pop outside and Hayce would be like, "So, there are two windows on the second floor that need to be replaced. Do you you want us to replace them?" and I'd be like "Yes, I've been meaning to get to it, how much?" and the next day there would be a contract in my email inbox for a very reasonable price, and as soon as I signed it and gave her the check, the next day the windows were done. It was unreal. The work they did was so thorough and tidy and fast, and I felt really lucky to have found them. Hayce runs a tight ship, and does phenomenal work. I am going to keep hiring her to do interior painting and other renovations I've been dreaming about.

HKF’s total, overall commitment to customer service is unsurpassed and their work is nothing short of outstanding.
