Harold was my 5th interview to convert a single car garage to living quarters.
I live in the city of Victorville.
I was impressed with his extensive knowledge of local code requirements.
As a contractor, he has paid employees.
Check Calif. state license board for verification.
The city inspector said an interior, nonbearing wall needed footings with rebar.
His employees, Jenairo, Sergio, Woody, handled everything with skill, craftmanship, and high standards.
A 6'x5' window, extensive work on a utility closet, drywall from floor to roof ridge on garage side wall, attic access was all expertly done.
All was completed within a reasonable timeframe and costs.
Woody re-stuccoed the outside wall after the window was installed to match the existing stucco perfectly.
I would recommend Haven Construction to anyone needing extensive construction and remodeling work done.
