    We have no "horror contractor" stories to share with our friends! Mike and Morti (HLS) were absolutely the best experience one could have during a remodel. From the very start, HLS's crew was competent, friendly and professional. Throughout the process, they maintained their sense of humor and had a total "can do" spirit. Hopefully, we have another project for them.

    My husband and I were looking for a complete Home Remodeling. (Kitchen remodel, master bathroom remodel, 2 guest bathroom remodel and a room addition). We were looking at quite a few contractors and got quite a few estimates. Mike from HLS Remodeling and design was by far the one with the most professionalism and knowledge to begin with. This is a big project and we had endless questions, but Mike had the upmost patience and helped us in every step of the way. From the design to choosing materials to the remodeling itself, Mike was always there and he always answered our phone calls and responded to our emails promptly. We had a budget of course, and Mike helped us to stay within budget. The quality and craftsmanship of our kitchen and bathroom definitely exceeded our expectations. The entire project was finished in a timely manner. We would whole heartedly recommend HLS for any kind of home remodeling work!

    We bought our first fixer upper home. We needed to build an addition to the house, add 2 bathrooms and build a garage. After searching months and months, we finally decided to go with HLS Remodeling and design. From the beginning, Mike was hands on. From the design, to choosing the right tiles, cabinets, fixtures, color and appliances, Mike was with us. The crew of HLS were on time and were always polite. The work was done before the deadline, which was an absolute pleasure. Mike stayed within budget, which was great as it was our first fixer upper. The end result was pure beauty. We are in the process of submitting our offer for our second fixer upper at the moment. Mike is already on board.
