My wife called for a roof and siding quotation on our property. Jerry Her came and told my wife that he didn't have the equipment to climb the roof for visual inspection so he needs to wait for his partner Lo Vue before a quotation can be done. We never hear anything from Jerry or Lo again whether they will give us a quote or can they do the job. To us, this company is very unprofessional when it is about communication with their customer. Our property project end up at 30K from a Mexican Construction Company and this Hmong Brothers Company is missing out. My two cents are that please be commit to your company's mission if you are a business. I'm Hmong and I like to give my people the business but if this is how you treat your customer you will never grow.
