Had an issue that I expected them to offer a resolution but it took over 2 months for them to respond to emails and then said that the pictures provided by the actual manufacturer was not going to be considered since they were given the components. However they were given the components several times between August and October with no resolution to the on going issue. Be careful of relying on them for any issues. Substandard customer service at is best folks. Every time I had them agree with my points of concern, they reverted back to not excepting actually photos of of the component they assembled incorrectly since they did not get them back. A company’s character and true customer service is defined when you run into an issue and how they handle it. Hobgood failed miserably.
