Hoffman Plumbing was dispatched to my residence for a major plumbing emergency in 2020 and literally ‘saved the day’. Throughout the following kitchen renovations that resulted, they were my go-to plumbing company, offering quick scheduling, reasonable pricing, and an awesome crew of professionals who knew exactly what to do. Hoffman Plumbing will always be who I call for my plumbing needs.

I disconnected meter installed new pressure gauge and capped off all gas fixture lines. once lines were capped i pressure tested the liens at 30psi for 45 min. over the course of that time there was a 1psi drop which is aloud by inspection. informed customer that due to it being locked a permit and inspection will have to be done in order to get meter unlocked

I wish I could give this company a good review but I absolutely cannot and I would like to protect other people from them. There are a few things that went wrong here. People should know that
1. this company especially the owner of the company does not keep their word
2. they do not fix what they break
3. they record phone calls without consent or letting you know that the phone call is recorded which is illegal.
To get into more detail, Hoffman plumbing was supposed to replace my water heater. I had an appointment scheduled for 2:30 PM which according to the scheuler was supposed to take between 1-2 hours. At 12:28PM I received a call that they will be early (arriving 1:30) which for me wasn't that big of a deal but might be for others. They arrived at about 1:30 PM and got to work to replace my water heater. It took them over 4 hours to replace it which again is fine but might not be ok for other with a tighter schedule. During the replacement they turned of my water and gas and worked very closely to my heater. When they were done replacing my water heater they did not check if my heater worked, and it did not. They left and the temperature in my home dropped to 55 degrees. I called them in the morning and Sean came back to take a look at it. He found out that the ignition broke off which cost over $500 to fix. The owner called and said he would pay for it, a little later he called again and said he would pay for half of it, then he TEXTED that he won't pay for any of it which is very unprofessional. I do not recommend any business with this company. I know that things can break but in my opinion you have to fix what you break.
