On January 20th 2025, we asked Holaday Parks (our HVAC maintenance provider) for a service call because our tenant was not getting any heat in their offices. On 1/31/25, we rec'd an invoice for the service call on which Francisco Landa stated that he "Checked the system and the unit is heating properly". According to the tenant, there was never any heating occurring and the unit was still not working. We asked for another service call on 2/7. Another tech arrived on site on 2/13. On 2/18 we rec'd your quote saying that the high limit safety switch needed to be replaced and the total cost would be $1,065.
On 2/18 we called a different HVAC company. They came out on 2/19 and had the heat flowing in our tenant's office within 45 minutes of arriving on site. The high limit safety switch did not need to be replaced, and the total cost of the repair was $365.
