So far our experience was that they were the low bidder on our project but now we are figuring out why. They have cut corners and have not followed the contract nor the blueprints hardly at all. They have used the absolute cheapest available options for everything that they offered on our package. They have messed up numerous times but want us to pay for their mess up and charge us exorbitant prices to cover their mistake. they are 8 months behind schedule and if we paid for all of the mistakes they made where they did not follow the blueprints or the contract then we would be paying over $100,000 more than the agreed original price if they had done it right the first time. I would not recommend this contractor to anyone who wants something done right and how everything was agreed upon. If the contractor makes a mistake then it should come out of their pocket not mine. This entire project has just been one excuse after another for over a year now. The actual contractor doesn't even show up to the job site I don't believe because if they did this stuff would not have happened. They are just contractors that sit behind a desk and send their workers out there to build stuff that don't know what they're doing.
