I used Hollywood painters to find and fix a leak. They found the leak and put a new pipe in. They opened up the ceiling to drain and clean up and check for mold. They did not open ceiling where water was leaking in the bedroom, just painted over it. If they are done with the job, give me a receipt as to what was done and no mold found or treated. Insurance needs this info.

so far so good....They came and gave me an excellent price and I hope all is great.They are coming to prep soon and then finish work.So far they seem good.

After using Ralph Deter I noticed items missing from my house. First it was a screw driver which his worker said he needed to borrow but never returned. I had an old wooden radio which he used while working in my place and stole. He emptied out a garbage bin which I had books in and placed them in cardboard box . He stole garbage bin , window fan another white table fan shovels white outdoor table and chair tent and womans coat. I am sure he took other stuff as well. He used garbage bags which I have pictures of. He and his crew seem honest at first. They left a horrible mess and garbage up in attic as well like caulk containers. They are on zoombuild ,yelp , home advisor. Beware of this contractor.... He and his workers... would love to show pictures..... disgusting to see...
