    Called out Holmes Mechanical due to furnace making aloud noise. They came in and did a heat and cooling size load. They measured all the rooms in my house to ckeck for correct room supply air grills. They found the unit was oversized by 21/2 ton. They installed a new system and I could not be any happier with this very professional Comany

    Had issues with my boiler the T&P started piping off. We had called serval heating and plumbing company’s to come and address the problem .They had installed serval parts on boiler system. We called Holmes Mechanical and repiie supply and return lines. Thanks

    We had issues with our heating system not heating up home correctly. Holmes Mechanical got the proper square footage of home and sized HV/AC/R system correct to the right BTU. I want to thank the technicians for being very knowledgeable and correcting the problem.

    I gave Marvin Holmes a check for $2,800 to order material for a project in my home. He popped a hole in my roof to install ducting, then he realized every single piece of the material he ordered was the wrong size! He never covered the hole in my roof and he knew we were getting weather in the next 2 days and he didnt care at all, not only did he leave all the material here to rot in the weather he never ordered the correct material and took off with my money!!! He does not answer his phone or door to explain where the correct material is and where my money is!!! Horrible person, business man and super unprofessional!!! DO NOT HIRE HIM

    My experience with Holmes Mechanical was very knowledgeable most of the time I would not supervise the Technicians that came out this time around I did. The Technician was very Knowledgeable about the Carrier generation system 2.The companies that I would call out could not explain it talking about money wasted when I thought the problem was fixed. Holmes Mechanical are truly a awesome HV/AC/R Company Thanks A lot.

    To Holmes Mechanical Im a native of Santa Fe New Mexico and since your company has come along your company is really reputable. I had trouble with my refrigerated air system and many companies would come out and charge me three four hundred dollars and the following day I called out Holmes Mechanical HV/AC/R to come out with the same problem and they found the Freon leak at the thermal expansion valve. They silver brazed the lines and told me that they had to drop in nitrogen for 24hr to see if it would hold and it did thank you, A true company with honesty and integrity. And that's what grows a company.

    Don Richardson, El Dorado Santa Fe. Holmes Mechanical HV/AC/R installed a boiler system high efficiency that heats up my tile floor and also does my domestic hot water. Holmes Mechanical was very fair about the total price and install proposal. They went beyond my Expectations they educated me on my heating system that is very complex. A true company that has integrity honest and reliable. One pleased customer thanks a million!!!!!!!!

    Holmes Mechenical are the best in town. They installed a New radiant boiler system high efficiency energy Star . My husband and I love it, Holmes Mech educated us on our heating and cooling system, very professional Company. They also have a program with New Mexico gas company on your utilities for the gas. We had saved a lot of money this winter on the gas bill. Thanks!

    Run in the opposite direction!

    I hired Holmes Mechanical HVAC/AC/R to install air-conditioning in my home in Jan. 2014. Finally finished in May 2014. I noticed several things that didn't look right. Provided Mr. Holmes with letter and pictures. Was ignored. I asked for inspection and was denied by Mr. Holmes. Filed complaint with St. of NM, Construction Industries Div.. They provided 2 inspectors, one mechanical and 1 electrical. Seven safety violations were found and several electrical including failure to pull permit and failure to inspect. Among the findings were coil not properly sealed to plenum or duct work; return air plenum not sealed to furnace, causing damage to brand new heating system, voiding the warranty; condensate piped to discharge into T&P drain, not into approved disposal area; condensate pump wire clipped and not function, water heater T&P drain was disconnected to allow for draining of condensate pump; unit not secured and placed on wood pallet- not treated wood. Electrical work performed was outside his scope of license. Wires were not secured into breaker box. Some wires were cut and taped, presenting an electrical hazard. Connections used were not out dated and not up to code. Large amounts of orange spray foam were used to seal holes. Large gaping holes were left in the ceiling and flooring of mechanical room. Insulation was removed, still don't know where it was pulled from. And this isn't all, but there you have it. You can decide if you want to hire this company. All of this is documented.

    To Holmes Mechanical a big thank you. My wife and I had bought a house in El Dorado and had two contractors come out and told us we needed a new boiler. The first contractor could not figure out what was transpiring with the system. The second Contractor dismantled it leaving us clueless. So we called out Holmes Mech Hv/ac/r explained the mechanical side of the system and put it back together.
