Holton Bros. has been doing masonry work for our condo assn.'s 3 buildings for the past 10 years+. Recently we engaged an engineering firm to evaluate the condition of the buildings and were advised that the past work was "sloppy" and sub standard. Consequently, it will cost the assn. hundreds of thousands of $$$ to repair their incompetence. We cannot afford to take legal action because all our resources will be spent on restoring and redoing Holton's inferior work.
