Home-Aid Residential was great after our basement flooded. They provided cleanup, heavy equipment to dry down and filter the air for mold. Couldn't ask for a better job.

The representative Doug Pilotte is a scam artist. Hired him for roof removal and replacement. Please contact your Attorney General's office and report him if he has taken your money. There is currently a warrant out for his arrest. Report what has happened and when he is caught he will either have to pay us back or sit in jail.

    Scam

The have had our deposit since last September, I haven't been able to get a response from anyone. They were supposed to do the roof around the 1st of June.
All of their phone numbers are out of service. They took almost $60,000 dollars and ran off.

We have had our deposit in since last September. Have been given the run around everytime that we have have called to set up a date to get our roof done. It been over 9 months now. Finally set the date up for today June 1, 2015. No call and no show. My husband and I have tried every way to reach them...text, email, messaging. Not one response back from them. Horrible company and at this point we just want our money refunded. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

    Real claims professionals.

We called Home-Aid after our insurance company denied our roof claim after a storm damaged our home. State Farm only agreed to replace a portion of our roof and left us to pay almost $4000 for the rest. Jeff was the gentleman from Home-Aid that handled our claim and he was great. He helped us file for a reinspection and was able to help convince the adjuster to replace the rest of our roof. The job was done a few weeks later and our home looks great. The best part was that we only had to pay our deductible.

    I love these guys!

I love these guys! I had no idea I had storm damage on my roof, until they inspected it for me. I hated the color of my roof... it was ugly green. YUCK!! But, I didn't want to spend the money to replace it, just because I didn't like the color. Now I have a beautiful gray roof, and the best part is, my insurance company paid to have it replaced. The process was fast and easy, with their help. I couldn't be more happy!

    SAVED ME $8000!!

I was taking bids for a new roof on my home when a Home-Aid rep stopped by and offered a free inspection to look for damage from a recent storm. They took photos and informed me that the insurance company may replace my roof. My insurance company met with Home-Aid on my roof and agreed to pay to replace it. Bottom line, Home-Aid saved me $8000 out of my pocket. AWESOME!

    Worth the wait.

What a surprise! Our neighborhood was hit by a storm and Home-Aid was in our area inspecting homes for damage. When the representative came to our house we were skeptical but allowed an inspection. When we saw photo's of dents and dings to our roof we went ahead and filed an insurance claim. The Home-Aid rep met with the adjuster and viola! We got a new roof paid for by the insurance company. It really was just that simple. Our only complaint was fact that we had to wait until the weather warmed up this spring before the roof could be installed. Now that the process is complete we could not be happier.

Home-Aid made all of the difference!

Home-Aid made all of the difference!! My wife and I noticed that Home-Aid Residential was remodeling several homes in my neighborhood. A representive stopped by and told us that several storms had damaged homes in our area and they could inspect our home for damage. We weren't even aware of any damage but after they inspected our home, he showed us photos of damage to our roof and siding and suggested that we informed our insurance company. Originally our insurance company stated that they would pay $2000 for our claim. After meeting with the Home-Aid representative, they agreed to a full roof replacement and all new gutters totalling over $11000! Thank you Home-Aid!
