  sooo dishonest! imagine getting a bill for 5 times the amount quoted! and that's not an exaggeration of what Bob did to us. he put repairs on the invoice that he didn't do, and you can forget about getting a free estimate because he charges an unknown amount just to drive outside of Idaho Falls, but you don't find that out unless you read the fine print on your estimate and even there it doesn't say an amount. he says he charged us half his usual drive charge which was $50 each time he came out to Blackfoot whether it's to do a job or make an estimate. We used him because we were selling our house through Anderson Hicks realty group and this is who they contract with. So, because these are repairs for a sale of a house they just take whatever amount he wants out at closing and hope you just don't notice. we called and texted Bob over the span of a week and he tried to ignore us until we threatened with this review at which time his phone suddenly starts working again and he says the charges for the jobs he didn't do were because he consulted with us about how to do some jobs ourselves, so apparently he'll charge the full repair amount just if he gives you advice. don't use him and don't use Anderson Hicks.
