    Pour 3 concrete footers (4 actually done), completely replace two sections of wall along with a weig

    Finishing on June 26th, 2020, Home Building Specialists replaced two sections of walls, literally rebuilding the walls from the ground up to one corner of the house after pouring concrete support footers. Mr. Considine also replaced a door and added siding.
    I am very pleased with the results. The addition Eugene repaired had suffered mild subsidence damage and wood rot from poor building materials since before I purchased the house.
    He was very courteous, knowledgeable and possessed a strong work ethic. And when he was done he cleaned up all debris.
    I couldn't have expected more. He surpassed my expectations.
    I highly recommend Home Buildings Specialists. I know HBS is at the top of my go-to list for remodeling specialists.
    Thank you Mr. Considine. It looks beautiful.

    Home building Specialists replaced large sections of two exterior walls, poured four concrete footers and rebuilt two walls literally from the ground up to a preexisting second floor structure among other things. And installed a door and added vinyl siding finishing the work. And it was a fantastic job when it was completed on June 19. Mr. Considine was easy to speak to, polite and respectful. His work ethic was impressive. He was highly qualified, took pride in his work, and it showed. Afterwards, Eugene cleaned the work area. I couldn't have asked for more.
    I highly, HIGHLY recommend Home Building Specialists.
    HBS will be my go-to remodeling company in the future.

    Move and install windows and fireplace.

    Home Building Specialists completed a renovation project in our home in December 2017. The extent of the work included moving two windows, installing a fireplace mantel and working with a fireplace company to install a gas heating unit. Also, a flat screen TV, modem and power bar were installed above the fireplace.
    The did an excellent job. First, they were extremely neat and careful when tearing out the windows, etc. They were pros who knew exactly what they were doing. They arrived on time each day and stayed for the entire day, working all the time. They were cost-effective and used quality building materials. Workmanship was professional quality. No request was too big. Plus, they liked our dog!
    I would highly recommend them.
