We used Home Care Contractors, working specifically with Vadim and David, to remodel a very outdated bathroom as well as new floors and stairs in our home. The crew was great, everyone very respectful with regards to COVID and wearing masks. From start to finish we are very pleased with our experience with Home Care Contractors!David was clear with the proposal and upfront when we wanted to know cost before committing to additional options, such as moving a wall 1 foot, replacing an unknown busted pipe, etc. The work was done efficiently and expertly; David and his crew were knowledgeable of all things remodeling and provided valuable opinions and suggestions when asked. The bathroom was taken down to the studs and rebuilt, and we are extremely pleased with the final product! The floors were done in a timely manner, and we especially appreciated having our stairs done on a Saturday (which they offered, we didn't even ask!) when there was much less foot traffic in our home. We look forward to working with them again and highly recommend Home Care Contractors.

David and Paul Vovklin of Home Care Contractors (HCC) did an excellent repair of my garage, deck, and dormer. HCC provided fair estimates of the work to be done, provided accurate start date, and completed the projects quickly. The rot and carpenter ant damage on the garage was more extensive than initially expected and extended throughout the garage door beam. HCC provided an additional, fair estimate to do the added work. Three separate projects were completed. Each was discussed and HCC provided good advice and options. Best reference I can give is that I would contract with HCC again. Thanks, Kevin Wheeler

HCC showed a ton of interest with prompt follow-up at the bidding time. Their referrals feedback were consistent that the cost increase after awarding the project. So, meticulous planning was done for 7 months to discuss plans, requirements, estimates and cost. Finally after multiple months of discussions and finalizing the cost, after awarding the contract, the cost magically shot up more than 200%. At the end, I have to start the process all over with others. Do your due diligence, especially if you are dependent on something critical for your project, suggest looking for reliable ones that can deliver on their commitments.

Our project comprised of refacing the kitchen cabinets and realigning the range in the island. Home Care Contractors were professional, on time, listened to concerns, provided options, and asked questions. HCC estimated 4 days and completed in 4 consecutive days as estimated. HCC communicated each phase daily. Initially there was a project meeting involving everyone to make sure we were all on the same page. There was a final walkthru once completed. We were extremely pleased with the amount of detail that went into the refacing of the cabinets. Equally detailed was the care given and cleanup in the area. We will certainly reach out to HCC with any additional projects.

Vadim and his team came out to do a couple of small sheetrock and texturing repairs in our house following concern that we had acquired termites. They were so nice and considerate in their work. They put covers down on the floor and over the furniture and were very prompt in arriving when they said they were going to. They were also very patient in coordinating their work with the exterminator, since he had to spray between opening the wall and repairing the sheetrock. This was a very small job, well below the scale of their usual projects, but they didn't treat it as any less important. I greatly appreciated their willingness to fix my walls and ceiling and would highly recommend them for any future work!

Home Care Contractors took over building a second story addition for us, after we had issues with our original contractor. I'm so glad we switched to them. They were honest, punctual, fast, communicative, had fair prices, and did wonderful quality work. They not only finished the project, but also went through everything that had already been done and fixed all the first contractor's mistakes. We ended up with a beautiful master bedroom suite and bathroom. I can't recommend them enough.

David from HCC remodeled our bathroom and did a great job. He was courteous, responsive, left the house clean after each work day and he handled unexpected situations so that I didn’t have to be too involved and we still had a great outcome. The HCC team did a wonderful job on my family room remodel. They worked hard, showed up when they said they would and treated my home with respect. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

The team at Home Care was great. Very prompt and professional communication, availability at all hours of the day via text and phone, tons of patience (this whole process was new to me!), and overall an amazing finished product. Home Care contractors did great work. We did the design and they advised us with some tweaks to our plan from their experience. As this was a remodel of an existing bathroom, there were some surprises once we got the walls open and due to not having plans to move plumbing. The scope of work changed due to a discovered electrical issue. They were very communicative throughout the project. We were presented with options to consider and made a decision that was best for us when issues arose. We are really pleased with the final product. We will recommend to friends who need remodeling.

Job had many issues, went over budget had a lot of miscommunication and difficulties with onsite workers.
The team did a good job when finished and I really liked the folks I worked with in the central company.

I chose another company, but I really had a hard time choosing. He is wonderful. His estimate was very reasonable.

Elijah was the sales guy coming to our house. He is young and passionate about what he was doing. He followed up with me once after sending me the quote. It looks like Home Care has a great project management system, but I have not got the chance to test it out.
