The guys did a great job doing my bathroom on the surface . But two years later, the work that they have done has failed. I had a leak in the bottom of my shower, for who knows how long, that finally gave away enough to cause a tremendous leak through my first floor, directly caused by their lack of connecting the shower liner to the drain base.

I called home concepts to come look at it, they tried to re-silicone the base of the shower, which failed. They then came back and put a temporary seal in the drain using silicone. Which held. They then told me that they would come back out to replace the drain and to call them to schedule. I’ve tried to call them every single day for two weeks straight to have them come out, and all they do is loop you in the automated service. I have left countless voicemails, and text messages in order to have them remedy the situation. it’s incredibly unfortunate that a company does not stand by their product, or their work, or their frankly their word to return and come help you. I am leaving my initial review because it is frustrating as a customer to see what has happened to me. I would strongly consider using another provider to perform rehab or renovation you have in your own home.

I understand fully that I am not a priority because I’m not a new customer. But the lack of professionalism to even contact me back has left me feeling quite frustrated with this company.

Needed to have an actual professional come in and fix it. Stay away from them, not responsive and don’t stand by their work after a clear failure from something they did, as we started breaking the floor tiles falling of the floor, they also failed to mortar the tiles on correctly.

Find a better company, these guys have no idea what their doing.
