Home Doctor Improvements stole all my daughter's insurance money after a fire & what little work they did do was extremely inferior. The owner lied to insurance company. Said house was 85% done. Consumers Affairs documented it is 42% done & of poor quality. We have since found other fire victims, Sandy victims & other jobs that he ripped off the people. My daughter he stole nearly $300,000! Another family even more! We have proof of all this & he is being investigated by the DA & consumers affairs. Do not use him & tell others to stay away from this thief contractor.The trailer she was living in was removed today because he even stole the insurance money to pay for the trailer for her & my 9 year old grandson. He should be in jail & not out continuing to rip off people. Some volunteers have been helping but the work he did was horrific, & there is still so much that needs to be done. She has no water or toilet.. no 220 line was put in. No electric outlets & he caused water to leak into basement.
