Contracted to work on my neighbor's home. Destroyed my yard 1 week before closing on the sale of my home. Bill DeMars assured me he would reimburse me for my time and labor to fix my yard. After six months of listening to his excuses I finally took him to court and won. Still waiting for payment of the court ordered settlement. No I am going to have to take him to collections.
Also while doing basement work (trenching and sealing). The company did not observe basic OSHA regulations for trenching.
