    Hurricane IAN recovery

    Our 93 unit gulf front condo association was slammed hard by Hurricane Ian in Sept. of 2022. After numerous inept contractors, we were able to secure Home Fixers as our GC in April of this year. The progress and quality of work has been outstanding. Home Fixerz was able to accomplish more in four short months than we ever anticipated. They have worked closely and effectively with the Insurance carriers, adjusters, engineers and various vendors on site. A TRUE & TRUSTWORTHY ASSET TO OUR COMMUNITY.

    I recently had my roof replaced by Home Fixerz. The quote was competitive with the other four quotes I got for the job but they were lower than several of them. The entire experience was top shelf!! I found out about Home Fixers by watching workers all day from my business while they replaced a roof on a home across the street.. They were working quickly and getting the job done. Toward the end of the day I walked over and Antonio the owner happened to be there on site. I got their information for a quote on my home roof replacement. This company gets in and gets the job done and moves onto another job instead of dragging out your roof job over days, weeks or months. Also, they have reasonable fee schedule. One larger local company wanted half of the job up front and the job not to start for 90 days which would have translated . I was informed of my job every step of the way, permit submitted/ approved, dumpster delivery date, materials delivery time and when the job was to begin, inspections, etc. Just like the roof I watched being done my roof was completed in a day and half from tear out to completion. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.
