Home Improvement 2000

We hired Luigi to enclose the bottom of our deck so we would have a place to keep our two goats. Shortly after signing the contract, my 33-year-old daughter collapsed and died. I found myself in a position where I had to find new homes for the goats and, thus, not needing the deck enclosure. I contacted Luigi and told him I needed to cancel the contract, which he did. I did have him fix one post underneath my deck which had gotten very crooked, and I was satisfied completely with that. I would highly recommend Luigi for any type of home improvement. He is honest and dependable and communicates well with you. I wish circumstances were different in my case where I could have utilized him more.

I highly recommend Mr. Panarella for any construction or remodeling work. Luigi P is an honest, hard working and skilled craftsman who does the job right the first time. I had contacted Home Improvement 2000 after my bathroom remodeling contractor basically abandoned me and left us with a newly tiled shower that leaked profusely into our basement. I called HI2000 in the morning and Luigi came out later that day to see the project and within a couple of days was on sight to redo our shower. He demo'd the old "new" tile, removed the shower pan, re did the pan, shower floor and walls with all new tile /grout and waterproof boarding on walls behind tile, etc, etc. it was a huge job and Luigi did it all by himself in about a week and a half. He put in 9-10 hour days with little or no breaks. He also identified and corrected other issues/mistakes our initial contractor created that were above and beyond what we had initially asked him to do. His final product is excellent, we love our new shower/tile etc.. It.looks GREAT! I can't say enough about Luigi's skill set, professional demeanor , honesty, reliability,quality of the work performed and fairness in price. But What impressed us most of all about Luigi was that he called us after the job was complete to be sure we we were satisfied and all was working correctly. Thank you Luigi for fixing our remodel disaster and making it something we can be enjoy.
