    RUN RUN RUN. SCAM OPERATION. Anyone who uses this company after reading this review needs to have their head examined. The one star reviews truly reflect the quality of this company. I suspect like everything with home love construction the 4-5 star reviews are manufactured by AI or friends. There is no way this company should be in business. The more I start digging into this company the more frightening it gets. I never do reviews but I feel compelled to protect the public. First they will come and promise you whatever you need. You will not meet a builder. They use some computer program to give you a fancy itemized cost sheet. They will get cost down to whatever your budget is to get u on the hook. After you put small deposit down then they will start with all the scans and architectural plans you need which approaches $ 6000. Of course none of this garbage is needed. After a rational person turns this down they will immediately move to submitting the permit and that is when they will then get 40% cost up front and walk away with your money. They string you a long telling you the permits process takes time of course that is a lie. In the meantime they circle back around after weeks of waiting for permits and tell you that the process is being held up because you need architectural plans and 3-D drawings which I refused initially. They say they can get away with just computer drawings which is not the full $6000. Of course you shell out 1/3 of that because you are already down the rabbit hole with them because of your deposit. After that they disappear. When you call it’s the same answer “we are waiting on permits” TRUST ME IT ALL SEEMS NORMAL SO ITS EASY TO GET SCAMMED.. this is a well oiled fraud operation. Once you take matters into your own hands and go to permit office you will find they have no idea what they are doing. Either they are idiots or it’s intentional permit delay tactics to continue the scam. I could get into everything they did wrong with permit but it is not needed to help you stay far away from this company. To END once you start confronting the company about issues and bring up deposit being returned they will stop answering calls, emails and texts. Unfortunately I was scammed. No one likes to admit it when it happens to them. They are very slick and pose as a ligament company with smart sales people and fancy social media. I have already started the process to hold them accountable taking advantage of hurricane victims and consumers. Anyone who reads this and currently being scammed by them I encourage you report to Florida’s deportment of financial services. The fight is not over it has just begun. I put a picture of their initial scam sheet. Be safe out there.

    We decided not to hire them.

    If I could give a zero for Home Love Construction, I would. Home Love Construction is a dishonest company. They took a deposit from us and will not refund 40% of it because we refused to sign their one sided contract, which completely left the homeowner vulnerable to huge liability. They presented the contract two weeks after taking our money. After two written demands to receive the remainder of our deposit, we initiated a telephone call and spoke with Tami Miller and Russell J. Miller “Jeff”, who is the primary General Contractor for Home Love Construction. During our telephone conversation, we demanded the remainder of our deposit back and Jeff stated the following, “When will you get your full refund? Let’s see, how about when hell freezes over!”. They site a “Florida Law” but cannot give the statue to reference. They will take your money then later present the bad contract. Shady!!! We will now be forced to take legal action to get our money back.
